Every time
Water grass 15mins, first thing to do. Only during dry season (end of May - October)
Sweep the house
Monday
General
Change bedding in both rooms
Collect dirty towels and give 1 big towel and 1 hand towel per person
Take dirty floor matts to laundry and change for new
Change the dish cloth and kitchen tea towel
Empty compost
Dust off couch outside and change cover on outside couch if needed
Check gas bottles & electricity, top up if needed (if under 100Kwh or gas almost empty)
At the end: Take everything to the laundry - ask for no perfume
Bedroom 2
Dust lams
Dust cupboards on top and inside
Dust bamboo rack
Remove cobwebs from under furniture
Sweep under the bed
Wipe and dust shelves
Shake out matt
Remove cobwebs on ceiling and in corners
Dust inside of mosquito nets
Shake curtains and dust, inside and out
Check for dirt on mirrors and clean if needed
Bathroom 2
Clean toilet inside and out
Wipe white shelves
Clean inside sink and around
Check for black in corners and clean with toothbrush
Clean floor with scrubbing brush
Check walls for scum and black marks and wash down
Remove hair and scum from plug and clean
Clean glass window + remove cobwebs from ceramic
Remove cobwebs on ceiling and in corners
Dry floor
Change water in the plants
Empty bathroom bin
Check for dirt on mirrors and clean if needed
Wednesday
Water & gas
Order water with Karen. How many bottles needed? Make sure there is at least 2 full ones
Check gas, need new gas?
Living room
Dust off all tables & shelves
Wipe down coffee tables
Dust shelves of corner furniture, put it out and clean behind
Dust window ledge behind the couch
Dust off vases and red ferns
Remove cobwebs from under table and couch
Sweep under couch
Dust lamp
Shake curtains and remove cobwebs front and back
Make up couch
Kitchen
Sweep under kitchen cabinet and fridge
Empty bins, clean inside
Sweep under sink
Wipe kitchen surfaces and all ceramic removing dirt
Scrub around and inside kitchen sink to remove black dirt and clean food stopper
Wipe down kitchen shelves where plates, pans, tupperware etc are
Check that containers & jars are clean
Clean cooker
Clean oven, blender, toaster, kettle
Organize kitchen shelves, e.g put plates on 1 pile
Office
Wipe down on top of desk (move personal things to the side), legs and remove cobwebs underneath
Remove cobwebs on ceiling and in corners
General
Mop the whole house

Water all plants (inside and outside) & remove dead leaves
Dust off plants inside
Empty compost
Put 2 empty gallons outside the gate (or less if not empty)

Clean bum gun pip and gun
Wipe white shelves
Clean inside sink and around
Clean inside bath and around, removing black with toothbrush
Check for black in corners and clean with toothbrush
Clean around stainless steel fittings with toothbrush
Clean floor with scrubbing brush
Remove dirt from window and clean from inside
Remove cobwebs on ceiling and in corners
Check walls for scum and black marks and wash down
Remove hair and scum from plug and clean
Dry floor
Change water in the plants
Empty bathroom bin
Shake curtain and dust off cobwebs
Remove cobwebs from net at the top of bathroom
Check for dirt on mirrors and clean if needed
Guest Checkout / Monthly clean

Checks
Check the showers. Are both showers working with hot water?
Pull out kitchen cabinet to clean behind and clean window ledge
Clean all windows
Replace missing curtain hooks
Check all light bulbs work and buy new if needed
Check bathroom shower curtain for mold. If needed, wash with small amount of baking soda & warm water
Check bags & bottles, throw away old ones or if there is too many.
Clean kitchen shelves (take all things off)
Clean fridge and freezer & check for mold in ridges.
Remove all floor mats and shake (living room and bedroom 1)
Ensure ALL white cushions come inside the house
Clean both computer chairs
Remove dead leaves from all plants
Shopping
Floor cleaner
All purpose cleaner
check how much left, and buy new if needed from Club sehat (or Bali Buda if club sehat doesn't have it)
Regular wednesday cleaning in the remaining time
Normal cleaning with left over time
Shopping for new guests - also GAS & WATER
Make sure there are at least 3 full water bottles for new guests. If not enough, order with Keren water.

Prepare for new guests
Throw away or take home ALL food from the fridge
Check all other food in the kitchen. Rice/oil/herbs & spices can stay.
Check herbs and spices. Throw away the ones that smell moldy or that are clumped together.
Check the bedside table drawers. Make sure the drawers are empty.
PUT BACK furniture that was moved by the guest in the original place
